David Watt

David Watt is co-owner and in charge of all operations. He does everything from estimating your project to management through completion. He has been the construction field for over 40 years. He has thorough knowledge and experience in management and technical supervision of construction projects. Negotiates all contracts with sub‐contractors, suppliers and designers. Manages a strict schedule through job completion.

Dave is personally skilled in commercial and residential plumbing, site elevation and layout, wood and metal framing, suspended ceilings, electrical wiring, flooring structures, blueprints, concrete, paint, stain, sheet-rock, Unistrut systems, trim, cabinetry, wood working, heating and air conditioning systems. He is LEED’s certified, fully qualified with sustainability reporting and engineering progress reporting. He has experience in geothermal heat pump systems(water to water and water to air), and understanding of HVAC computer controls, solar electric, hot water systems, rain harvesting systems and low voltage lighting control systems.

Throughout his vast career in the construction industry he has worked for residential housing companies and large commercial companies doing a wide array of projects and jobs. Before starting his own company, his last ten years were spent doing project management and super-intendant work at medium to large commercial construction companies.

David has been married to Sherri for 17 years and is father to their six children ranging from 38 to 19 years old. Together, David and Sherri also have nine grandchildren.
